We cater birthday, graduation, and anniversary parties, along with corporate lunches, weddings and rehearsal parties. We even do pool parties! We can tailor an experience that fits your event. WHAT TO EXPECT

Before
Booking: Call 508-492-2323 or email us at info@FiredUpandOntheGo.com to reserve your date as far in advance as possible. A 50% deposit is required to hold the date. Remaining balance is due 10 days before the event.

Menu: Check our menus section and work with our chefs to define a menu to suit your needs. Let us know if there are specific food allergies or need gluten free options.

Changes: If you cancel within 30 days, we will refund your full deposit. From 15-29 days, we will refund 50% of the deposit. From 0-14 days, the deposit is forfeited. We need a final count and menu one week before the event.

Site Preparation: Our mobile oven trailer is 25' X 8 1/2' wide and requires a firm unobstructed path to your destination with a flat level parking spot. We need about 8 feet of clearance on the sides and rear to open our canopies. We typically park in driveways, parking lots, large yards, or grass fields. If there are any doubts regarding location please discuss before we arrive.

Arrival: We arrive approximately 2 hours prior to service to set up. Weather: We have an awning that shelters the pizza prep area and can continue with the party in less than ideal weather. If the forecast is for very bad weather, driving, rain, etc. we will work with you to cancel or reschedule up to the day before with no additional charge.

During

Duration: We will be cooking at your event for approximately 2 hours or until everyone is satisfied! With setup and cleanup, total duration is about 4 hours.

Participation: We will prepare food in serving trays or plates and bring it to a common area for people to plate. We can also engage your party or kids to create your own pizza or pizza dessert or conduct wood fired cooking classes. Additional services such as passing appetizers, waiting tables or cleaning up so you can enjoy your event are available at an additional fee.

Creations: We can take specific or "build your own" requests once a party’s initial rush has been taken care of.

After Clean-up: We will clean up the area and take any trash away.
